Thai Psilocybe Cubensis Culture Ampoule

With the Thai Culture Ampoule you can graft your own substrate with the magic mushroom cultures at home. Simply inoculate the mushroom culture into the substrate and successful mushroom cultivation can begin. How to use the Thai Culture Ampoule

First disinfect your hands and the work environment and clean the outside of the culture ampoule with a damp cloth or an alcohol swab. This ensures that all bacteria are guaranteed to be killed. Then open the syringe packaging in the prepared environment. Slightly detach the cap from the spore syringe, insert the needle through the rubber seal and fill the syringe with the solution provided. The spore syringe is now ready for use. You can simply inject the contents of the syringe into the substrate. At room temperature, the mycelium will soon begin to grow.

Step 1: Disinfect

Disinfect your hands. Then disinfect the ampoule with a disinfected cloth. No bacteria should remain that could cause contamination.

Step 2: Packing

Open the syringe in your packaging. Again, be careful not to contaminate anything during this step.

Step 3: Spore Syringe

Open the cap of the vial a bit. Now you can fill the syringe without getting problems with the vacuum.

Step 4: Filling the spore syringe

Push the needle through the rubber seal and fill the syringe.

Step 5: Use Spore Syringe

The filled syringe is now ready for use and the mushroom culture can now be added to the substrate. The substrate should be left at room temperature for the next few days. In a few days the first mycelium should be visible.
