The Golden Teacher culture ampoule contains a ready-to-use Magic Mushrooms culture. The culture is ideal for inoculating (inoculating) the cleaned, pasteurized and sterilized substrate. Inoculation offers the advantage of reduced risk of contamination over traditional spores. The cultivation thus has better chances of success.
The mushrooms from the Golden Teacher Culture Ampoule are psychoactive mushrooms with a comparatively strong effect. Certain changes in perception inevitably occur after ingestion. This includes an intensive color experience as well as an increased sensitivity of all senses. Also, laughter kicks, euphoria, improved creativity and the loss of the sense of space and time are among the usual consequences of consuming Golden Teacher magic mushrooms.
Detailed instructions for using the Golden Teacher Culture Ampoule are included with the product. The handling does not require any specialist knowledge and is also possible for laypersons without any problems. First you should wash your hands and clean the outside of the ampoule with a cloth. Then you open the sterile packaging of the syringe and take it out. Then carefully open the cap of the culture ampoule in order to fill the syringe through the rubber seal in the next step. Finally, inoculate the substrate with the contents of the syringe. Ideally, you let the culture grow for a few days at around 20° (room temperature). The mycelium of the growing fungus appears shortly after inoculation. Have fun with the Golden Teacher Culture Ampoule!
Disinfect your hands. Then disinfect the ampoule with a disinfected cloth. No bacteria should remain that could cause contamination.
Open the syringe in your packaging. Again, be careful not to contaminate anything during this step.
Open the cap of the vial a bit. Now you can fill the syringe without getting problems with the vacuum.
Push the needle through the rubber seal and fill the syringe.
The filled syringe is now ready for use and the mushroom culture can now be added to the substrate. The substrate should be left at room temperature for the next few days. In a few days the first mycelium should be visible.
