Delivery times

The delivery time is a maximum of 7 working days from the time of your payment, which will be credited to our account.

We ship every working day from Monday to Friday. Sunwell B.V. cannot be used for packages lost by the shipping service provider, to be held responsible. We ship our orders with the Dutch Post.

Discreet packaging

All orders and orders are sent in neutral, discreet packaging.

No indication of delivery by us, or other advertising.

Different shipping options

Shipping is usually free of charge (within Germany) if you have a minimum order value of 100.00 euros otherwise you will be charged 7.95 Euro shipping costs (DHL)and after ordering and processing, a shipment code will be sent to you.

In individual cases, a "paid express shipping" is also possible, which will usually arrive after 1-2 days, but is with 40.00 euros very expensive and is only used by us on request.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We ship from Holland. Shipping to other EU countries can be between 2 and 9 working days vary, but sometimes it can take up to 4 weeks, if the delivery has been delayed by customs.

Therefore, we "cannot" guarantee that your package will be delivered after only 2 days or after 7 working days, this is then completely in the hands of the responsible Customs authorities and the International Postal and Parcel Service Providers.

Subject Customs

Unfortunately, we cannot give 100% security during delivery, because it can also happen that customs has ordered the Article confiscated.

If this is the case, we cannot make a refund in the form of a payment or forwarding.

Therefore, please always check before ordering in which country the ordered items are allowed or prohibited!
