How long does delivery take and what if I am not at home?

If you are not at home to accept your package, then the parcel deliverer usually leaves a note with which you can then pick up your package at the post office. Based on our Track & Trace Code, you can also check where your package is on DHL's website. If you have not received a code, simply send us your order number and we will then send you your tracking code. Normally DHL needs approx. 2-3 working days to deliver your package. But if there are holidays or a weekend in between, it can happen that the delivery is delayed by one to two days...

Will my package be discreetly packaged?

All packages are discreetly packaged and shipped. The package will look like any other. Only your address and a sender address will be printed.

Is there a shop in Germany?

No, we currently don't have a shop in Germany. In Kiel, Germany, only our warehouse and shipping are located.

I sent you an email and still haven't received an answer?

If you have still not received an answer from us for any reason, we ask you to check your junk folder first. We usually answer all emails within 24 hours. Please remember that our warehouse and shipping are closed on weekends. E-mails written on Friday afternoon can therefore only be answered by us on Monday morning.

How can I order from Pueblo Smartshop on account?

If you have ordered your first 5 orders in advance and do not stand out negatively, it should already be possible for you to place your order via invoice with the fourth order. If this does not work, please simply send us an e-mail asking us to switch to the "invoice payer".

Prepayment:

You transfer amount X to us, which we credit to your customer account and you will receive your goods immediately after receipt of payment.

On account:

Payment on account is currently reserved for our regular customers. As a regular customer, your package will be shipped by us as soon as possible, usually the same day. You can become a regular customer if your fifth delivery has gone smoothly and via advance payment or cash on delivery. If you want to become a regular customer, just contact us.
